Joel, co-founder of DexaFit Seattle, brings extensive knowledge from his Bachelors degrees in Health Science, Healthcare Administration, and Radiologic Technology, along with a diverse range of certifications in personal training, HIT strength training, Metabolic Flexibility, Heart Rate Variability, Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR), Genetics pro coach, and conditioning coaching.
His professional experience spans working with professional MMA fighters, soccer players, and busy desk workers.
Joel's expertise is enriched by studies with esteemed experts: Dr. Mike T Nelson in Metabolic Flexibility and Nutrition, Dr. Ben House in Nutrition and Research, Dr. Brian Walsh and Dr. Tommy Wood in Blood Chemistry and Metabolism, Joel Jamieson in Conditioning and Recovery, Mike Robertson in Exercise Programming, and Dr. Andy Galpin and Dan Garner in Human Performance. He has also studied Behavior Change Coaching with Tim Drummond, Alter Egos with Todd Herman, Reflexive Performance Reset with Cal Dietz, and Heart Rate Variability with Jason Moore and Gregory Elliott.
Since opening DexaFit Seattle in 2016 with his wife Tiffany, Joel's passion has been to empower individuals in their physical and mental transformation through scientifically-backed methods and personalized coaching.
Tiffany has her Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology as well as her certification in Mammography. She is also Certified Precision Nutrition Coach, and Certified Sleep and Recovery Coach.
Before pursuing her career in HealthCare Tiffany was a professional Irish Dancer touring across Europe. Tiffany has learned the value in the various services and coaching aspects we provide and wishes that these were available to her at the time of her dancing career. She loves being able to provide these advantages to others.
You get the unique perspectives of both a male and female, a mother, and father, who are both busy professionals. Along with our culmination of interests and expertise we have developed a personalized coaching system like no other. We are proud to help other busy professionals and moms and dads become the heroes they were meant to be all in less time than they ever thought possible. You really don't have to put 5-6 hours of time in at the gym to get there.
