Joel holds Bachelors degrees in Health Science, Healthcare Administration and Radiologic Technology. He has many interests in the health and wellness fields and carries certifications as a personal trainer with a focus on HIT evidence-based strength training, Metabolic Flexibility, Heart Rate Variability, Reflexive Performance Reset(RPR), Genetics pro coach, and is a certified conditioning coach and has worked with professional MMA fighters and professional women soccer players as well as the busy desk worker.
Joel developed and opened DexaFit Seattle in 2016 with his wife and business partner Tiffany.
Joel believes that every person has the ability to transform themselves into the person they want to be both physically and mentally. He has a passion to empower people to be able to make these transformations for themselves with knowledge and a scientific process.
Tiffany has her Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology as well as her certification in Mammography. She is also Certified Precision Nutrition Coach, and Certified Sleep and Recovery Coach.
Before pursuing her career in HealthCare Tiffany was a professional Irish Dancer touring across Europe. Tiffany has learned the value in the various services and coaching aspects we provide and wishes that these were available to her at the time of her dancing career. She loves being able to provide these advantages to others.

Along with our culmination of interests and expertise we have developed a personalized coaching system like no other.
