View plans, pricing or schedule below.  You don’t need to choose a package or bundle before your initial visit.  Simply schedule the tests you want to do on your first visit. All payments and package choices will be made at the end of your appointment. You will be asked to place a credit card just to hold your appointment, but check-out is at the end of your visit.

Plan ahead for a successful test.  Please plan to arrive EARLY for your appointment time. There can be traffic, construction delays, accidents, etc and we cannot hold your appointment time due to these unforseen delays.  If you are late, we will likely need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
